“On nobody caring about you/me/whoever”,
I think when most people say “Nobody cares about me” they really mean “The people who I want to care about me, who matter to me, who I want to talk to me and say hi, who I want to eat lunch with, who I want to sit next to on the bus, who I want to walk with, are happier without having me in their friend group and don’t particularly care to reach out to me for any reason other than obligation”. Which hurts the same and I value precision but I can see why people don’t say that. Because if I were to say it for example I think those same people would miss the point anyway. ♦
